The subscriber may return products with manufacturing defects only.

To formalize the return, you must contact Sugarush, within eight (8) days after receipt of the shipment, indicating the product (s) to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated. < / p>

Once said communication has been received, the way to send the defective product will be indicated, at no cost to the subscriber.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging, documentation and accessories that came with it. Once the existence of a factory defect in any of the selected products has been verified, we will proceed to process with the manufacturer or distributor the replacement of the same with another of identical characteristics.

If the replacement of the product is not possible, the amount corresponding to the product will be paid.

In this case, the refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be carried out as soon as possible within the following thirty (30) days.

The refund of money through our PAYU or Payco platform will be made in fifteen (15) business days from the notification of the refund.
